Men's Small Groups

One of the key components to the Men's Ministry at First Woodway is our small groups.  We believe strongly in the transforming power of men who authentically share life together.  Our small groups provide a genuine place for biblical truth to be discussed, real life issues to be shared, and courageous plans to be made.  Each small group meets weekly on Wednesday mornings or Wednesday evenings in the fall and spring semesters.  We invite you to join us in on the journey!

33 The Series, Volume 1 - A Man and His Design

We are excited to roll out a new curriculum that builds on the basic foundations of Men’s Fraternity, but in an updated and shorter curriculum called 33 The Series.

The first volume of 33 starts with a study called A Man and His Design.  This is a 6 session Bible study designed to inspire and equip men to pursue authentic manhood as modeled by Jesus Christ in His 33 years on earth.  These sessions will explore the basic foundations of authentic manhood and God's clear design for men.  It will provide meaningful insights into the current state of manhood and God’s mandates for all men.  Each participant will learn the four "faces" of manhood and how to anticipate and transition through the specific seasons of life.  Join us on newest adventure towards Authentic Manhood.

Small Groups Options:

Wednesday AM @ 6 AM - MAC A200
Wednesday PM @ 6 PM - Room 342-343

Men's Fraternity - Year 2 and 3

Men’s Fraternity is designed to bring Christian men together in a safe, comfortable setting where they can learn the true, biblical meaning of manhood and honestly share their challenges and concerns.  We will be continuing to use the year 2 and 3 curriculum for those that have started Men's Fraternity.  This continues to be some of the best men's small group material available.

Winning at Work & Home - Year 2

Winning at Work & HomeIn this second year curriculum, Winning at Work & Home challenges men to step forward, meet their responsibilities, and establish their manhood.  The study focuses on the chief responsibilities men have as husbands, fathers, and breadwinners.  Two mirrors are presented to help men evaluate how they are doing in life:  the mirror of work and career, and the mirror of home and family.  The goal is to better understand and successfully learn how to relate to our family and how to correctly engage in work.

Small Groups Options:

Wednesday AM @ 6 AM - MAC A200
