Brave:  Honest Questions Women Ask

Led by:  Wanda Lehnus

Brave is a Thursday night Bible study that gets to the heart of what women are thinking and feeling.  Angela Thomas challenges participants to consider the deep feelings that all women have at one time or another.  She looks boldly at some of the fears and struggles of being a woman, and she helps us see how we can be brave in the face of those challenges.

It takes a brave woman to ask these questions and dig into these topics alongside other believers.  We all have insecurities, flaws, and struggles that we're afraid to address.  But if we can be brave enough to raise the questions, God's got answers.  Be brave.  Ask.

The Last Christian on Earth

Led by:  Gordon Guest

The Last Christian on Earth is an incisive and wide-ranging analysis of what has happened to bring about the decline of the Church in America and the West. It is also a passionate plea for revival and reformation.  The author adopts the model of C.S. Lewis's The Screwtape Letters to challenge believers to awaken to Satan's plan to destroy the church in America.  The storyline is one of Satan's spies writing to another, explaining in great detail the plan to undermine the integrity and faith of believers in our "modern" world.  A very reliatistic study of what is happening in the church-both from within and without.  Join us in a twelve week study as we seek to understand the methods and motives of OPERATION GRAVEDIGGER.

Made to Crave

Led by:  Melissa Stirm

Made to Crave isn't a how-to-book or a diet plan.  The truth is, it's much more than that.  It's the missing link between a woman's desire to be healthy and the spiritual empowerment needed to make it happen.  Lysa Terkeurst taps into the desires God gave us to consume food without letting it consume us.  She reminds us in this study that craving isn't a bad thing, but we must remember that God wants us to crave more of Him, not food.  If you've made a New Year's resolution to watch what you eat or just want to grow in your dependence on the Lord, this is a great study for you.  Ladies will also have an opporunity to walk together each week.

Band of Brothers - Radical:  Taking Back Your Faith From the American Dream

Led by: Dr. Jim King

Band of Brothers is a men’s group that meets weekly for prayer, encouragement, and study. This spring, the men will be reading and discussing David Platt's book- Radical:Taking Back Your Faith From the American Dream.

In Radical, David Platt invites you to encounter what Jesus actually said about being his disciple, and then obey what you have heard.  He challenges you to consider with an open heart how we have manipulated a God-centered gospel to fit our human-centered preferences.  With passionate storytelling and convicting biblical analysis, Platt calls into question a host of comfortable notions that are common among Christ followers today.  Then he proposes a radical response:  live the gospel in ways that are true, filled with promise, and ultimately world changing.
